Airports in Dubai and Abu Dhabi remain open, but travellers should be prepared for possible flight delays, cancellations and rerouting as airlines continue to adjust schedules in response to regional airspace restrictions and operational disruptions.

Passengers are advised to check their flight status directly with their airline before travelling to the airport.

Emirates

Emirates continues to operate most of its scheduled services from Dubai. However, selected flights within the Gulf, including some services to Bahrain and Kuwait, have been adjusted or cancelled.

Passengers with upcoming flights should check the latest status of their service before heading to Dubai International Airport.

Etihad Airways

Etihad Airways continues to operate most of its core network from Abu Dhabi, with Bahrain and Kuwait services generally operating as scheduled.

However, individual flights may still be delayed, cancelled or subject to schedule changes depending on operational conditions.

Air Arabia

Air Arabia has cancelled selected flights to Kuwait and Bahrain, while continuing to operate much of its wider network from Sharjah and other UAE bases.

Passengers should check their flight status for the latest departure information before travelling.

flydubai

flydubai continues to operate much of its network, including scheduled services to Bahrain and Kuwait.

The airline is advising passengers to check their flight status before travelling and arrive at Dubai International Airport at least four hours before departure.

UK flight disruptions

Separately, widespread flight disruption in the UK following a technical issue has resulted in hundreds of cancellations and delays, adding further pressure to international air travel.

Passengers connecting between the UAE and UK should check the status of all sectors of their journey, particularly if they have onward connections.
